Description:
This permanent job share position (3 days a week - Wed/Thurs/Fri 8:30am - 6pm) offers an experienced Receptionist/Administrator a great opportunity to join a highly successful yet traditional company.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Answering all incoming calls to Head Office, transferring calls professionally, effectively and in a timely manner.
• Processing incoming mail / preparing outgoing mail and parcels.
• General reception duties including meeting & greeting guests and maintaining the visitors log.
• Supporting the Chairman’s PA
• Providing administrative support to our other departments, completing projects and task etc. in a proactive manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining emails for the Resources department.
• Ad hoc duties including typing, scanning, photocopying, shredding.
• This job is a job share and you will be required to provide cover for holidays and sickness which will involve working a full week on some occasions.

Competencies / Attributes:
• Professional telephone manner and clear communication is paramount.
• Flexible all-rounder with good general office clerical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Confident and reliable.
• Good Knowledge or Microsoft Office systems, word and Excel.
