Based at the Head Office of two successful local companies, our clients are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to work on a job share basis in two separate permanent roles. Working front-of-house, you will be responsible for dealing with incoming calls to the business as well as meeting and greeting clients to the company. Adhoc administration duties will also form part of the daily tasks.

The hours of work for the first position are:
Week One: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 5pm
Week Two: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am to 5pm
This in effect means that you have a week off every two weeks.

For the second position, you are required to work 1pm to 5pm Monday to Thursday.

There is the expectation to cover full time during sickness and holidays for both vacancies.

The successful candidates will have reception experience and be used to representing a company in an extremely professional and competent manner. Strong communication skills essential.
