Recruitment Office Administrator – part time / job share

Owen Daniels Consultancy are recruiting for a part time / job share Recruitment Office Administrator to join the business. We are looking for someone to work alongside one of the Office Administrators to job share. We are looking for someone who has a solid Microsoft office background and comfortable working on Excel, Word and Outlook. This candidate will be a personable, hardworking individual who enjoys being part of a close team whilst being able to work to tight deadlines. The hours are open to discussion but ideally we are looking c3-4 hours / day over a 4 or 5 day period (afternoons). The hourly rate is negotiable for the right person.

The experience / skills we are looking for in the Payroll / Accounts Administrator candidate
Essential
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Administration background
• Commutable to Camberley
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player who can work to deadlines
• Flexible to work afternoons

Desirable
• Worked within the Recruitment industry
• Driving licence

Duties
• Build and maintain strong relationships on the phone by being delivery focussed and providing excellent customer service
• Ensure the ODC website is updated against the live vacancies
• Marketing the company on Social Media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
• CV formatting
• Advertising vacancies
