Office Angels are delighted to be working alongside one of our existing clients to support with the recruitment of a Part Time Temporary Administrator to join their team based in Sheffield.

This is a temporary position and perfect for a candidate with previous finance/accounts experience.

Working hours are 9am - 2pm Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will be extremely competent using Microsoft Excel, have previously worked with SAGE and feel general confident working with numbers.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Supporting the team with general administration; filing, scanning, photocopying
* Dealing with invoice queries from colleagues and suppliers
* Processing invoices
* Allocating payment
* Inputting large amounts of data onto Excel regularly
* Creating reports and formulas
* Maintaining a high level of customer service to suppliers and ensuring their queries are dealt with in a timely manner

The ideal candidate would have:

* Previous experience with SAGE
* A strong understanding of Excel
* previous experience working with numbers and figures
* Confident personality
