Part Time Payroll Coordinator



20 hours per week (flex)

My client is a looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to work 20 hours per week

Roles and Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator include:

1 Processes employee data including new hires and additional earnings and bonuses. Processes employee time and attendance data.
2 Sets up and reconciles voluntary payroll deductions. Process taxes and payment of employee benefits and ensure that they are properly posted to separate accounts.
3 Prepares pay orders and checks through designated electronic systems and provide support to employees with payroll related enquiries and management of online employee portals for personal information.
4 Prepares monthly journal entries and balance reconciliations and maintain records and files concerning company payroll.
5 Completes accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. Processes accurate employee pay and ensure that any additional payments or deductions are calculated and posted in time.
6 Identifies and highlight payroll or accounting discrepancies and ensure that they are resolved in a prompt manner.

To be successful in the role of the Payroll Coordinator you must have:

* Extensive payroll experience, preferably ADP, but not essential
* Commitment to complete the project
* Be able to start ASAP
