Solent Mind is the largest third sector provider of mental health services in the Hampshire region offering a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support in communities across Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire.  We are the provider for wellbeing services in the Winchester and Eastleigh areas.  Our Wellbeing Centres provide a range of activities and support to service users, both in the centres and in the community; in 1 to 1 and group based activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Wellbeing Centres based in Winchester and Eastleigh. We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Co-Ordinator  - ref:  WCORDapr18 (temporary to 31 March 2019 to cover secondment) Part-time 30 hours per week (normal working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) Salary £21,512 - £23,166 pro-rata per annum (from 1 April 2018) As part of a team you will: Work with an identified caseload enabling service users to achieve goals identified through the Recovery Star process. Ensure service users’ progress is regularly reviewed and outcomes are recorded. Supervise other Wellbeing staff and support the Manager with the day to day delivery of the service.
