Our client base north of Cambridge is currently looking for a part time accounts assistant to join their close-knit finance team, the client is looking for a team player who is driven, thrives on change and is constantly striving to improve.
The candidate must be self-motivated and have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The role will consist of the following key tasks:
* Processing and reconciliation of all credit card receipts
* Processing and reconciliation of paypal receipts
* Reconciliation of customer credit card accounts including website guest checkout
* Maintain and upload invoices to e-invoicing portals including Amazon
* Investigate and resolve any queries relating to e-invoicing
* Assist to ensure email contacts are accurate for all customers
* Routine administrative tasks including filing, banking and handling correspondence
* Act as cover for the rest of the team including but not limited to:
Processing of supplier invoices
Processing of cash receipts
Credit Control
* Strict adherence to all Health & Safety rules and regulations
* Identify and implement process improvement in routine tasks

* Previous experience in an accountancy role
* Strong maths skills
* Attention to detail
* Good verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
* Familiarity with SAP Business One would be an advantage
* IT literate in particular Excel
