What will the role involve?
Working in the field, our Banking Coaches (Personal Financial Services) deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at one of the county’s biggest retail banks. Utilising your experience, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training and assessment. You will be required to visit banks/financial institutions locally and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host bank.
Have you got what it takes?
First and foremost you should have a passion for what you do. You should have relevant and recent retail banking experience, at team leader level or above and have experience of providing Financial Services advice and information ideally in a training environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both when dealing with our on-site apprentices and the relevant stakeholders they report in to.
You must be professional with a corporate background and have the ability to motivate and encourage people at all levels. You will need to demonstrate a passion for what you do along with lots of energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to travel as required. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
