Park Gardens – A new retirement living development

As a Sales Consultant for this exciting new retirement living scheme development, your role will focus on actively promoting the sale of these homes – effectively managing and taking control of the whole the sales process from start to finish – dealing with estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors, as well as a variety of other professionals along the way ensuring we follow up on all prospective buyers to maximise sales in line with agreed targets.

Using your knowledge and experience you’ll be taking the complexity out of the sales process. We want you to build relationships with customers and support them throughout, offering advice and guidance where and when they need it.

This is a part time position; we are looking for the development to be in operation 7 days a week, therefore require a colleague to work 3 days per week, generally covering Saturday, Sunday & Monday, however flexibility is required on what days are to be worked.

It’s a challenging, yet rewarding role…and one you’ll relish. Capable of actively promoting our new home propositions and delivering a great customer experience, we are ideally looking for:

•Some relevant property sales experience, combined with a genuine interest in retirement living developments and a real passion for the very best in customer service
•Excellent communication and relationship building skills, along with the necessary outlook, mindset and empathy needed to act as a true ambassador for Bromford
•The ability to see the overall picture; keeping an eye on the smallest day to day details, whilst displaying the vision to contribute to broader, longer term objectives
•A highly-organised approach and plenty of flexibility, coupled with a resilient nature and the ability to effectively manage your own workload
•A full, clean UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle would also be required.
