Islington Play Association is a vibrant, proactive children’s
charity. Our aim is simple – to create, provide, improve and
protect places for the children of Islington to play.

We are launching a new service at Timbuktu which will combine childcare and adventure play and you can be there from the beginning. We have great benefits for staff including a generous holiday package, pensions, and other benefits.
IPA is looking for a workers who, as well as being advocates for play are also resourceful, innovative, reflective and committed to our values. We believe that children’s play is fundamentally important and if you think you would be great at helping to make their ideas a reality then we want you.
Islington Play Association (IPA) manages six adventure playgrounds across the borough and requires excellent playworkers to deliver the service. As a member of our team you will be offered a range of job opportunities in play spaces and adventure playgrounds in the borough of Islington. You will mainly focus on the sites where we deliver childcare. You will be expected to deputise for the Learning & Play Manager on site as necessary. Annual leave for this role must be taken in term time.
