Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for Scottish Qualifications Authority and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team at their Shawfair office in Midlothian.
SQA holds a fantastic reputation as an employer and Pertemps have been working in partnership with them for numerous years to supply temporary members of staff.

We are looking to recruit PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS who will provide an excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Immediate start
- £9.25 per hour
- Mon- Fri 3 pm- 9 pm - flexible hours with a Sunday or Sat/Sun 9 am to 4 pm

Duties
- Provide support and assistance for internal and external eMarking customers via telephone and email
- Record issues by raising tickets on SQA software
- Resolve/update/progress and monitor tickets within agreed timescales
- Report any non-standard issues to supervisor
- Work with other help desk staff, supervisor and eMarking administrators to ensure a customer care approach

Skills Required
Exceptional customer service
IT knowledge would be beneficial but full training will be given
