This company, an award-winning B2B digital marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Account Manager with exceptional client management and digital experience to join their fast-paced, dynamic agency. If you're looking to take the lead in managing digital marketing projects, then this role would be ideal.

The Senior Account Manager works closely with the Account Director to deliver digital marketing activity to an impeccable standard for global technology clients. This role has a little bit of everything, so you'll need excellent all-round digital skills including experience running campaigns in Pardot (or similar), website optimisation (CRO) and paid advertising.

As a self-starter, great communicator and a team player, creating, setting-up and managing marketing automation systems and running multichannel campaigns are second-nature. You'll also be able to make recommendations on effective website conversion techniques confidently to ensure the best results for clients - all while keeping the client happy.

You'll be the driver of campaigns, ensuring prompt delivery of campaign activity. Being involved in all stages of the process, you should be a strong communicator, quick thinker, highly motivated and have a natural curiosity of the latest digital marketing practices and techniques: you won't be afraid to try new things.

You'll also need excellent campaign and project management skills, have good budget management skills and be completely at ease talking to board-level clients.

To be considered for this role, you'll need at least 4 years experience working in a marketing role with campaign experience. You will have experience of Pardot or similar marketing automation platform, you'll know what constitutes a strong multi-channel, multi-touch campaign, and be able to report on campaign effectiveness. You'll be an excellent project manager, a team player, have a positive outlook and always be happy to get the job done.

In return, you can expect a salary up to £34k (depending on experience), bonus scheme, 25 days holiday, private health (with cash back) and free parking.
