JH Shouksmith are a company who offer a full range of mechanical and electrical services, a wealth of in-house technical skills and knowledge to provide the most effective building services solution for businesses in both the public and private sector. They are looking to recruit additional admin support to cope with the volume of work they are currently experiencing.

The Role

It will be your job to provide administrative support for the Electrical Division and the company as a whole. You will be responsible for carrying out the electrical orders as well as logging call off orders. Your duties will also include, but will not be limited to; general administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering calls from clients regarding queries and acting as liaison between office staff and site-based operatives.

This role will be suitable for someone with excellent eye for detail as this role is based around orders and numbers. It is important to be extremely accurate as you will be placing the orders and dealing with the pricing.

The successful candidate will require good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent time management/organisation skills and good numerical skills.
