Our client, a respected Business Coach, is now looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator, to be responsible for the development of new business and marketing strategies. This will include compiling and sending emails, mailing letters, keeping accurate data on marketing activity and ultimately generate business leads.

You will assist in handling the day-to-day accounting functions of the business; scheduling, organising and preparing for meetings; ordering office supplies; and putting systems in place to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

The ideal candidate will ideally possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships. You’ll be passionate, enthusiastic and motivated by success.

Standard hours are 15 hours per week which are flexible. Ideally 3 hours per day. Between 9am-5pm.You may be required to work in addition to these hours should the need arise.

Pro rata £20,000 PA. plus generous commission paid on sales

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive lead generation through outbound dialling.
Delivering qualified leads to the Business coach
Run marketing strategies, including Phone Mail Phone, Networking invitations, Ad Critique, LinkedIn, Newspaper Article follow up etc.
Engage With relevant business owners in order to provide leads.
Keep accurate records of activities for Marketing, testing and measuring each strategy.
Ensure the smooth running of the office by systematising routine office tasks and documenting procedures for these tasks, such as shipping procedures, mailing procedures, and accounting procedures.
In coordination with the Managing Director, processes income and invoices.
Maintain spreadsheets for all sales income.
Compile the monthly sales KPI’s in coordination with the Business Coach
