We are looking to grow our friendly and dynamic team by appointing two new Operation Support Coordinators. If you are looking for a varied role, have strong IT skills, an eye for detail, are super-organised, enjoy providing first -rate customer service whilst using your excellent communication skills and have a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

You will provide robust, all-round support to colleagues who deliver to clients and learners across a broad range of sectors, from automotive to digital, and across the whole apprenticeship journey, from enrolments, compliance and timely completions, with the opportunity to also expand your knowledge and skillset in other areas such as learning support, functional skills and contract management.

Developing and investing in our colleagues is really important to us, in 2016 we were awarded a silver award by Invertors in People, and we are working together and aiming to gain the gold award at our next review in 2019.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week, position based at our in Blackbird Leys Campus,OX4.

Activate Apprenticeships is the largest training provider in the Thames Valley region and the specialist apprenticeship division of the Activate Learning Group. The Group is made up of a number of partners including City of Oxford, Reading, Banbury and Bicester Colleges and Oxfordshire, Reading and Swindon UTCs.
