JOB TITLE: Key Account Manager

LOCATION: Wigan, Greater Manchester

SALARY & BENEFITS: £25,000 - £28,000 + uncapped commission, realistic OTE £35,000+, company car and many other benefits

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join this successful business as a Key Account Manager in Wigan, Greater Manchester.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships of a defined portfolio of high spending local accounts. Working in line with company goals you will develop strategies to nurture profitable growth in revenue streams and build personal relationships with various customers and decision makers.

Key Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager, Wigan to include:
  • Presentation of a portfolio of products that meets the customers' requirements
  • Effective appointment making to optimise contact and performance. revenue
  • Educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their business performance and meet group objectives by utilising high quality sales material to reinforce the sales message and processes
  • Deliver quality conversations building integrated Multimedia solutions
  • Deliver growth within existing customer base by enhancing order value and value for customer

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Key Account Manager role will be conscientious, organised, disciplined and well presented. You will need to be driven and hard-working to excel within this role with excellent one-to-one skills and an ability to talk to people from all backgrounds. You will be a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in sales preferably with a media or advertising background.

Key Experience/ Characteristics required for the Key Account Manager role:
  • Previous experience within a Key Account Manager / Field Sales role
  • Full driving licence
  • A strong knowledge of digital marketing / sales
  • Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage
