Purchase Ledger Clerk (part time)
SF Group are currently recruiting for an excellent and well-established business based in Preston looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- *Raising purchase orders
- Coding and processing supplier invoices onto the system
- Monthly reconciliation of all supplier statements
- Dealing with all purchase ledger queries
- Preparing the monthly BACS payment run, plus any additional weekly payments
- Processing monthly credit card statements
- Posting daily payements onto Purchase ledger
- Processing employee's expense claims
Experience in a similar role is essential.
