SF Group are currently recruiting for an excellent and well-established business based in Preston looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • *Raising purchase orders
  • Coding and processing supplier invoices onto the system
  • Monthly reconciliation of all supplier statements
  • Dealing with all purchase ledger queries
  • Preparing the monthly BACS payment run, plus any additional weekly payments
  • Processing monthly credit card statements
  • Posting daily payements onto Purchase ledger
  • Processing employee's expense claims

Experience in a similar role is essential.
