We are looking for a Sous Chef to join this close knit team, you will be someone with senior chef de partie experience looking for your opportunity to step up into a Sous Chef role.
This is a restaurant that puts fresh produce and customer satisfaction first, so experience in working with fresh produce is a must. Pizza and bread making skills are also highly desirable.
You will be deputising for the Head Chef when needed and will be someone who can take on a busy kitchen in a calm, professional manner – there are no Gordon Ramsay types here!
