Routes Healthcare work in close partnership with local authorities, we provide care and support for the elderly, disabled and vulnerable people in their own homes across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our Home Care service also known as Domiciliary Care is support provided in the service user’s own home by one or more care workers to assist with daily living/tasks.

We are looking to Recruit Caring, Reliable passionate individuals to join our team in providing excellent standards of care to Service users living independently in their own home.

The Care Workers Role will involve:

·Personal Care


·Meal Preparation


·House hold tasks ( cleaning, shopping)

·Promoting and maintaining the independence of service users.

Successful Care worker will have the following qualities:

·A friendly and caring approach

·A genuine desire to help others

·The ability to communicate effectively

·A respectful approach to clients

·Reliability and Flexibility

·Being able to work independently or as part of a team

·Ability to use your initiative

·Capacity to work to health and safety guidelines

·Ability to remain calm under pressure

·Previous experience would be beneficial

·You must be able to work evenings and weekends
