My client are seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company as they continue to grow.

The role will include all aspects of reception and admin work, including;

* Providing front of house service - being the face of the business
* Answering calls in a timely manner
* Providing admin support
* Post duties - incoming and outgoing, couriers, distribution, franking
* Ordering office supplies
* Manage database of employee cars and parking permits
* Housekeeping
* Assisting with the organisation of events

The hours for the role will be Mon-Fri 12.30pm-5.30pm.

The salary for the role will be £18,000 pro rata.

This role is to start ASAP, with interviews being held W/C 9th April.
