We are a friendly company who has a position that has become available in our customer service team. This role is for somebody who is polished professional and who has worked in a similar environment. The team works closely together and has a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

An overview of the role is below:

Full ownership for assigned contractor and agency base, delivered primarily through outcome focused telephony contact * To proactively manage, develop and maintain mutually value-adding relationships with assigned contractor base by delivering outstanding customer service. * To grow business by retaining actively through customer service and striving to identify and secure contractor referrals through up-sell, outbound contact and campaign activities * To meet retention targets by using available tools and techniques to retain contractors / agencies and maintain relationships with expired contractors / agencies

Responsibilities

Proactively manage a select portfolio of clients delivering exceptional Customer ServiceAccurate and process based administration inline with the Companies SLA's.

Develop and build good working relationships with Agency Contacts.Actively seek to grow your portfolio by means of Sale through Service.Maintain a detailed up to date understanding of our products.Participate and assist with Marketing Campaigns to grow your portfolio.Achieve and maintain KPI's as set out by line manager.Maintain a stringent level of compliancy throughout job role.

Competency Requirements

Required and desirable
•Previous Account Manager/ Customer Service
•Advance telephony and call handling ability with at least 2 years experience
•Has the ability to demonstrate successful proactive business growth in a previous role.
•A basic understanding of Umbrella and or contracting
•Previous experience or knowledge of the recruitment sector
•Ability in Maths and written and spoken English.
•Exceptional time management
•Exceptional Administration skills, with a minimum of 2 years experience
