Digital Recruitment Coordinator - AoC Jobs
We are seeking to recruit a new Digital Recruitment Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis within the AoC Jobs team based in our London, National office.
About the role
You will be focused on supporting the team, by making outbound telephone calls, dealing with inbound enquiries and arranging face to face meetings with College HR departments for the Digital Recruitment Manager.
You will also support the team and work with our Communication Team by managing our on-site content, social media activity and email marketing campaigns, ensuring that everything is done correctly and fits our brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
By monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of job postings on the site as well feeding back recommendations, you will ensure that our college clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded.
This role may involve some occassional UK travel and overnight stays.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a strong work ethic with a hands on approach to tasks. Some understanding of the sales process, a solid customer service ethos couple with a confident telephone manner when talking to clients are essential for this role. Ideally, you would have previous experience working in either a sales or sales support function, but we also consider applications from candidates who demonstrate a passion to start a career in sales.
You will be a fast learner with the ability to grasp information with ease, whether that be getting to grips with a new online system, IT programme or building your understanding of an service/product.
Although we work hard as an organisation we are very much customer focused, so we do not “hard sell” to our college members, so if this is what you are looking for, then this job is not right for you.
Ideally, you will have some background experience in a Job Board, Recruitment or Education environment, although this isn’t essential.
