Our client, a small insurance and mortgage brokers based in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a part time Business Support Administrator (part time but full time may be considered) Monday-Friday (flexible hours). Salary £20-£25k ( note: pro rata, part time house will be reflected in the salary).

This company help individuals with their mortgages and insurance needs by taking the stress out of the paperwork. They are personable and friendly and they are looking for a dynamic, motivated and keen individual wanting to progress their career forward into a role such as an Office Manager. The successful candidate will be happy working in a small team in close proximity to the director.

Typical day to day duties:

- Process mortgages by organising paperwork, adding information to the system and checking compliance. This role is admin focused.
- Liaising with clients and lenders delivering excellent customer service both verbal and written.
- Helping write and deliver marketing strategies including social media content.
-Taking incoming calls and responding to emails.
-Working with the business owner to grow the business and make helpful suggestions.
-PA type duties for the owner as and when required

Must haves:

-Good written and verbal English skills
-Positive, motivated and friendly attitude
-Great customer service skills
-The desire to learn something new and help grow a business.

There is no experience required for this role but a consistent and stable previous work environment must be apparent on your CV.
