Monday – Friday (1.00pm – 5.00pm)



We are currently working with a national organisation based in Wokingham who are expanding a small division of their team. This role will suit someone who has a background in either accounts, purchasing or even as a buyer!

This fantastic opportunity will not be around for long, the hours are flexible due to the nature of the role and are currently set at Monday – Friday 1.00pm – 5.00pm. You will also benefit from Free Parking, Annual Leave and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks
* Responsible for negotiations with suppliers
* Sending and creating purchase order numbers
* Dealing with online website enquiries

Candidate Requirements

* To have experience within either accounts, purchasing or buying
* Numerical and figure orientated
* To have dealt with stationary and managing orders previously
* To be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
