£10 to £11 per hour
16 hours per week

We have a great opportunity for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk based with our client in West Horndon, Esssex.

Main duties for this part-time Purchase Ledger Position will include:

• Purchase Ledger
• Some Sales Ledger (small amount)
• Booking in Stock
• Matching/batching and coding
• Checking invoices against delivery Notes
• Entering invoices onto the system (approximately 50 per day)
• Checking statements
• Sending invoices
• Allocating Cash

Requirements for this Part-Time Purchase Ledger Position include:

• Purchase Ledger Experience
• Good Computer Skills including Excel

The role is for 16 hours per week and our client is flexible as to when the hours are carried out.

The normal office hours are Mon to Fri 8.45am to 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am to 3pm (30 minute lunch break) and due to the location you will require your own transport.
