This is an opportunity to join an award winning software company based in Woking, which has seen very rapid growth in the past few years. They create and deliver one of the UK's most used digital work-spaces. The company is an innovative, fast paced environment which is going through a period of accelerated growth. They are now looking to hire an experienced, full time, Sales Administrator. Reporting to the CEO/Senior Content Writer, you will work as part of the sales and communications team helping the business to build a robust market database of leads, along with general sales administration.

Your responsibilities will be extremely varied and will include:

- Growing an accurate and complete database of key contacts as specified by the CEO
- Researching and identifying potential sales leads and key decision makers.
- Utilizing research tools to proactively source prospect information for the sales team
- Developing a robust pipeline of prospect leads
- Collaborating with the team to identify potential opportunities
- Working with the sales team on the development of tender responses
- Providing support to the sales team when out pitching to potential customers
- Recording and updating accurate data on the Sales database on a daily basis
- Responsible for standardising sales documentation
- Building strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Displaying a professional attitude and behaviour to customers & colleagues alike.
- Assisting the team with any other ad hoc duties as required
- Weekly calls/meetings with team to share results and drive best practice
- Assist with future tenders
- Working with the team to streamline sales processes

- Ideally, educated to college level or equivalent
- Proven experience with lead generation / sales research experience is desirable.
- Work effectively as an individual, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to condense swathes of data into easy to act upon insight and context.

As a Sales Administrator you'll be the backbone of the sales team, capturing market-critical information that will enable the company to target the best markets. You will know the market, prospects, and customer data better than anyone else in the business.
