During 2017, they had over 500,000 visits and in February achieved an average of 24 applications per vacancy for their customers - not bad for a Job Board still in it's infancy!
Due to continued growth, our client now has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team based in High Wycombe.

The Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our client's full range of recruitment advertising solutions across a range of sectors. This is a dual role incorporating both customer facing and telephone sales.
You will be responsible for self-prospecting to identify new and lapsed opportunities, setting meetings and successfully upselling and promoting the job board.
Working overall within a team of talented individuals, you will be tasked to develop and sell creative media recruitment solutions to new and lapsed customers across both online and mobile platforms.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Sales Executive role, we need you to show us not just your sales pedigree, but your understanding of the recruitment advertising marketplace. You will have a creative mind, a great attitude and a real hunger for success. You must be able to demonstrate your understanding of Social Media and its impact in the recruitment marketplace. As well as being bright, ambitious and knowledgeable, you should also be a great communicator, able to quickly build rapport with customers on the phone, delivering first class presentations face to face ensuring customer's needs are met with great solutions, over-delivering on their expectations.

Essential Candidate Criteria:
  • Minimum of 3 years' previous field sales experience
  • A good understanding of recruitment and the digital marketplace
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative
