Are you looking for a part time business support role? Do you have a strong background in administrative support? Are you highly skilled in time management? Do you have a confident / professional telephone manner? Then this is the role for you!

A long established and busy accountancy practice are recruiting for this key position to the team and hope to find a skilled administrator who can manage and coordinate the book keeping process.

Duties include but not limited to;
- Sending, receiving and coordinating bookkeepers / accounts
- Project managing the book keeping process and documents
- Preparing the administrative side of the practice
- Resolving any queries, either over the telephone or in person

Core competencies include;
- Strong Excel and system skills and pick up new skills quickly
- Able to prioritise workloads and work towards deadlines
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
