NHS Part-Time Team Administrator in the Keighley area.

Taskmaster are currently seeking a Part-Time Team Administrator for an NHS client in the BD20 area.

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Rates of Pay: £8.01-8.70ph.
Duration: 3-6 months initially, with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary:

To provide Administrative support to the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Department, applicants must have excellent attention to detail and be confident with Microsoft products (including Excel).

Duties may include:

o General office duties (Letter typing, photocopying, filing, ordering, support with office stock control, scanning, post etc.)
o Data inputting
o Effective diary management
o Meeting arrangements and support
o Dictation / Audio Typing
o Copy typing of assessments, reports and letters
o Produce high quality documents from written, recorded, dictated material
o Manage own workload and activity so that deadlines are achieved
o To support with collecting data
o Using Microsoft Office software as part of daily role
o Using Trust’s Intranet to support with role
o Providing telephony service to Trust wide services and ensuring the calls are routed to the relevant service and department
o Dealing with telephone and personal enquiries from members of the public and healthcare professionals
o Be a first point of contact, ensuring professional standards and the appropriate style of communication is deployed depending on the situation.
o Any other relevant duties assigned by the Manager / Supervisor.
