Client Details

My client is a wonderful organisation in Tunbridge wells looking to add a Sales Ledger Clerk to their team.

Description

The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up new clients on the system
  • Allocating cash
  • Liaising with other areas of finance
  • Producing invoices
  • Ensuring receipt of funds and chasing outstanding debt
  • Banking of receipts including cash and cheques
  • Arranging direct debit mandates

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Ideally have a practical working knowledge of sales ledger
  • Be looking for part time work
  • Have their own transport
  • Have excellent attention to detail
