Our client is charitable organisation based within the educational sector. They are looking for an experienced administrator to take on the below duties:

Duties:

* Providing support to the central team as necessary
* Ordering stationery and managing office consumables stock levels
* Co-ordinating, planning and organising training events, networks and meetings
* Attending meetings and taking notes
* Photocopying and scanning of documents
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Liaison with key academy contacts
* Diary management
* Assisting with updating of WAT Website and Portal areas
* Acting as team receptionist ensuring calls area answered in a timely manner
* Greeting visitors and providing refreshments and catering
* Extensive use of MS Office including formatting documents, preparing agendas, spreadsheets and assisting with PowerPoint presentations
* Organising CRB checks
* Taking ownership of Overseas Teacher Sponsorship programme
* Assisting the HR team with various projects
* Arranging courier deliveries
* Delivering and collection of papers by hand
* Emptying and loading of dishwasher
* Shredding confidential documents
* Ad-hoc support as necessary
