Our well-established Shrivenham client are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their growing business as a Business Development Executive, helping shape and grow the brand through an increase of their client base.

Presenting the brand to potential customers, following a prospective strategy of your own design, the Business Development Executive is responsible for orchestrating new business activity via a combination of sales and marketing channels.

Predominantly, the role will focus on reaching out to new customers and striking up conversation with the correct contacts, establishing their business needs, and identifying how company product lines can benefit.

This role needs a diligent individual who thrives in an environment where communication is key. Building Relations is a fundamental part of the role, and you’ll feel confident in picking up the phone, to not only establish new connections, but to also maintain that channel of contact.

In addition to Business Development, you will also get involved in some marketing activity, with the aim to grow the brand. Assisting the Sales Director, you might be tasked with Market Research, mail-outs and telesales follow-ups.

This is a flexible opportunity and would be open to individuals who need slightly reduced hours, or someone who needs to work around alternate commitments. The key goal for this company is finding a good character fit; a go-getter who loves a challenge and is moivated by the opportunity to grow the brand, with the added benefit of financial bonus.
