Sales Administrator /Office Support Assistant
Part time/ Full time Monday – Friday (from around 25 hours)
Due to company growth my client is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to backing a busy office mainly supporting the Service Manager. As this is a new role it will be probably require someone for around 25 hours per week Monday- Friday although a full-time person may be able to support the other admin staff here for the extra hours when not doing service admin work.
The role will require you to:-
- Answer some service calls and directing to the appropriate person,
- Managing the service database,
- Invoicing and quoting for the service department
- Organising transport to collect and deliver machines to customers following service/repair.
- General administration duties
Keys skills required
- Essential working knowledge of SAGE 50 or SAGE 200
- Good telephone manner to deal with inbound and outbound calls when required
- Friendly disposition with excellent customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent keyboard skills in MS Office especially EXCEL.
- Educated to a good general education
- Multi tasker
