Sales Administrator /Office Support Assistant

Part time/ Full time Monday – Friday (from around 25 hours)

Due to company growth my client is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to backing a busy office mainly supporting the Service Manager. As this is a new role it will be probably require someone for around 25 hours per week Monday- Friday although a full-time person may be able to support the other admin staff here for the extra hours when not doing service admin work.

The role will require you to:-

  • Answer some service calls and directing to the appropriate person,
  • Managing the service database,
  • Invoicing and quoting for the service department
  • Organising transport to collect and deliver machines to customers following service/repair.
  • General administration duties

Keys skills required

  • Essential working knowledge of SAGE 50 or SAGE 200
  • Good telephone manner to deal with inbound and outbound calls when required
  • Friendly disposition with excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent keyboard skills in MS Office especially EXCEL.
  • Educated to a good general education
  • Multi tasker
