Reporting to Area/Regional Manager the overall purpose of the role is to organize and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required by the company, the contract specification and statutory regulations. To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit and provide great quality foodservice to our clients and customers. Responsible for preparation, cooking, presentation and service of food to agreed standards and specifications. To ensure efficient and economic use is made of all resources including stock, team members and company assets.
