Receptionist/ Customer Service Adviser

£16,257.80 per annum (rising to 16,835.00 per annum on 01 May 2018 inline with the Living Wage rate increases)

Full-time, 37 hours per week, fixed term contract until 30th September 2018

Based in Scarborough

We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Adviser at our premises in Scarborough. You will be the first point of contact and so therefore it is important that you have good communication skills and are confident dealing with members of the public, both face to face, on the telephone and via email.

  • You would also need to provide clerical support to your colleagues, as well as dealing with deliveries and incoming/outgoing post.

  • You must have good IT skills using word, access and outlook in particular.

  • You will also provide basic support to customers using the public access computers.

You must have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, and ideally be qualified to level 2 or above in English, maths, and ICT.
