Office Administrator - Internship
Delta Executive Search is a leading City based boutique; Financial Services Emerging Markets headhunting firm. It is looking for an Office Administrator Intern to expand the firms operations in the City of London.
The Administrator will assist in running and maintaining the day-to-day firm’s operations, reporting to management of the company:
Responsibilities will include:
• General office management • Assist in research projects set by management• Help with emails, letters and phone calls• Create excels, word docs and presentations as and when required• Organise and maintain office upkeep• Assist with visitors and meetings when required
• Pro – active and confident with a sense of initiative • Excellent communicator on the phone and face to face • Team player, friendly, approachable with a flexible attitude • Hard working with ability to multi-task • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & Visio • Good literacy and numerical skills • University degree preferable, not essential • Fluency in EMEA languages preferable but not essential
If successful, the internship could turn in to a permanent role for the right candidate.
