Student Recruitment Advisor - Peterborough Regional College
£16,455 per annum, rising to £19,325 per annum with experience in the role
We have an opportunity for a full time Student Recruitment Advisor to join the College’s Student Recruitment Team on a permanent basis.
In this role you will ensure the effective and efficient provision of Information and Guidance to a diverse learner body, administering all recruitment processes for the college including financial support, transport arrangements and covering reception as and when required. You will deliver impartial pre-course information, advice and guidance to applicants and potential applicants both face to face and over the telephone. Student interviews may also be required.
The working hours will usually be 8.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday. However, the working hours will vary on occasions dependent on the needs of the College.
You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade A-C, including English and Maths, or equivalent and be able to demonstrate previous experience in an administration and customer service facing environment. You will possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will be customer orientated, have good communication skills and have experience of dealing with people in person and by telephone.
