Office Co-ordinator (Temp to Perm) (JBB15763)
You will be working for a well-established family business in a key role supporting the Senior Project Co-ordinator to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will need to be highly numerate and able to react to changes in pace and deadlines. You will have experience working in a product based environment and be able to demonstrate first class organisation skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Co-ordinating the procurement of all material and plant in a timely manner
- Ensuring all documentation is produced and distributed
- Reporting discrepancies
- Recording information and follow up action on progress of projects
- Assisting with organisation of accommodation and travel arrangements
You will be joining an small team and supporting an experienced and highly knowledgeable Senior Project Co-ordinator so training will be on the job, ongoing and continuous. The role will be offered on a temporary basis initially with a move to permanency after a given period. Due to the location of the business you will need to have a full driving licence and you own transport.
