Lloyd Recruitment Services - The East Grinstead Branch are currently working with a leading Media company for their offices in Crawley.

There is currently a requirement for a Customer Support Executive to join their growing, friendly team.

The role will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and will involve offering administrative support to the customer service team as well as consistently providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide the first point of contact for members, predominantly via email
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Work closely with the logistics team
  • Process inbound orders
  • Customer correspondence and liaison
  • Date entry
  • Finance admin

  • Competent IT user

Salary up to £15,600

Please not there is a full time role (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) and a part time role avaialble (3 full days or 5 days 9:30am - 2:20pm)
