An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide administrative support to the pensions team. The focus will be on providing a full administration service and management of a portfolio of clients. A confident administrator, the successful candidate will possess efficient organisational skills, from management of task completion through to document delivery, as well as a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They will also demonstrate a responsive and adaptable attitude, responding to ad-hoc requests alongside day to day tasks.
Duties will include:
- Arranging Client Meetings
- Client Communication
- Preparation of Documents
- Production of Numerical Data
- Portfolio Management
