Paraplanner/Financial Services Administrator
Our client, a boutique IFA firm, based in Taunton, is looking for a senior administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on their own initiative within restricted time-scales to meet deadlines. Flexible and reliable they will have a customer centric mindset and a real passion for financial services.
This is a pivotal role and will require someone with relevant administrative experience, gained from an IFA firm, and a good working knowledge of pensions and investments. Demonstrating first class administrative skills, clear and concise communication skills (both oral and written) and a high attention to detail, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for both clients and providers.
Ideally already working towards Professional Qualifications, there are genuine career opportunities with regard to progression and full support will be provided to pass exams with a view to a fully qualified paraplanning role.
- previous Financial Services Administration Experience
- Highly Organised
- Knowledge of FCA Compliance Procedures
- Research and Analytical skills with regard to Financial Advice
- Experience of compiling Suitability Letters preferred
- Excellent Accuracy, Numeracy and High Attention to Detail
