Making a difference in the lives of older people is pivotal in all we do.
Reporting to the Head of Quality we are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to deliver the administration for the Quality Assurance team.
You will be required to support or residents, volunteer assessors, staff and colleagues in our Member Societies on all matters relating to our Quality Standard (Core Standards)
The successful candidate will have first class administration, communication and prioritisation skills, someone who is well organised and flexible with attention to detail. You will be excellent in the use of all Microsoft Office packages and industry. Experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance or Regulatory Affairs within the Social and/ or Housing sector is desirable.
