Quality Assurance Manager- Quality Standards

Making a difference in the lives of older people is pivotal in all we do.
Reporting to the Head of Quality we are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to focus on the development and delivery of our Quality Standard (Core Standard) programme across the Movement.
You will be required to work collaboratively with our stakeholders on all matters relating to our Quality Standards and to recruit, manage and mentor the volunteer assessors to deliver relevant projects within set timeframes and budget.
The successful candidate will be up to date with the latest trends and quality assurance practices within the industry with proven experience working in a care and/ or housing sector. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence a diverse workforce at different management levels. Being flexible, working on your own initiative and with strong project management expertise, working under pressure and achieving tight deadlines are also essential parts of this role.
