My Gravesend based client is looking for an experienced administrator that has also has knowledge in all Microsoft Office packages.

As an Office Administrator you will need ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in an organised and timely manner to ensure that every customers order is dealt with efficiently.

You will be dealing with customers on a daily basis, so as well as having fantastic administration skills, you must also be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Being the first point of contact for new customers/enquiries
- Data entry and being administrative support for the accounts team
- Ensuring all quotes and contracts have been updated onto the necessary systems
- Administration duties such as emails, post, faxing and filing
- Inputting and updating customer records

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be proficient on Word, Excel and Outlook and have an approachable, personable manner.

This is initially a temporary role with an attractive hourly rate of £8 per hour, for the right candidate this will become a permanent placement after 13 weeks.

The successful candidate will be required to work 12 hour per week spread over two days, my client is flexible with days worked.
