What you'll be doingAs a Records Administrator you will:
Ensure that site administration processes are consistently and rigorously applied across project in accordance with all relevant CSUK policies
Be the main reception first point of contact for office.
Arrange hotels and travel for project staff.
Assist with administration of project PA purchasing card expenditure
Assist with checking of office facilities
Who we're looking forYou will:
Have strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word etc
Be a good communicator and strong inter-personal skills

The A63 project is a plan to create a new junction by lowering the level of the A63 at Mytongate junction; and having Ferensway and Commercial Road crossing the A63 creating a split level junction. The plan also includes construction of 2 new bridges over the A63: at Porter Street a bridge in front of Princes Quay Shopping Centre. There will be a significant amount of construction work to build the new junction and 2 bridges. Before starting construction it’s vital that we first carry out a number of ground investigations and archaeological surveys. These will help us to plan our construction activities in the best possible way.
