22.5 hours per week. Days and hours flexible.
£10 per hour (basic salary £11,700 p.a.) plus appointment bonus and commission on sales arising. Realistic OTE of £14,000 - £16,000 per annum but potential earnings are uncapped.

Our client is a growing & dynamic Legal/ HR Consultancy offering a range of professional services to their customers. They are looking for a confident and adaptable telemarketer to support the continued growth of the business. They will need to be proactive at contacting their target audience and generating quality sales appointments for a small field based team.

Job Description

- Securing Face to face or telephone-based sales appointments.
- Maintain a consistent level of quality proactive outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Contribute actively & positively to the development of the sales team and wider company
- Update and maintain an on-line CRM system of your own personal records
- Respond and follow up sales enquiries passed to you

Required Skills

- Successful B2B telephone based sales experience selling a service or product to B2B channels using a 'concept' sale approach
- Use of CRM or telemarketing database system
- Excellent MS Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge
- Flexibility, Good team player
- Reliable - excellent telephone communication skills
- Outgoing, open minded and work well within a dynamic and changing environment
