Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part Time Receptionist. This is a 6 month contract initially with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. Part-Time hours, located in Edinburgh. Office hours are 21 hours a week Wednesday - Friday 9am-5pm with 1hr unpaid lunch break.

Salary £17,000 FTE (£10,200 pro rata).

Job Description:

The successful candidate must enable the smooth running of client’s offices by providing an efficient receptionist service and undertaking general admin tasks.

General Responsibilities & Duties:

* Answering the door, greeting visitors and signing them in.
* Answering the telephone and directing calls as required.
* Managing room bookings.
* Receiving mail and deliveries to the office.
* Other admin tasks as required.

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:

* Computer literate in MS Office.
* Reception experience.
* General administration experience.
* Flexible and able to use own initiative.
* Welcoming and positive attitude.
* Confidentiality.
