Job Title: IT Project Administrator (Part Time)
Salary: £10.88p/h
Hours: 22 hours per week (flexible on days)
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Large central Bournemouth client require an experienced project administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for around 3 months.

To provide effective support for the IT Programme Delivery team enabling project delivery, governance and reporting to be of a high standard. The role will also provide support for various management boards that approve projects requests and oversee project governance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers to ensure project documentation and business case documents are prepared
- Organise meetings; prepare the agenda and supporting papers; take minutes and follow up actions
- Provide central support services to project managers including planning, scheduling of work packages and management and production of required documents
- Any other duties that may be reasonably required

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of working within a projects team
