Brewster Pratap are recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for a well loved charity based in Sheffield. The charity is at the heart of Sheffield and a welcoming and rewarding place to work.
You will be first port of call for all visitors and clients and managing any enquiries in a helpful, friendly and professional manner either face to face or over the phone.
You will need to have a welcoming demeanour and offer kindness and support to people at what can be a difficult time, and remain upbeat and professional.
Ideally you will have experience of working as a receptionist and all duties related to this and be competent with IT systems and have a working knowledge of using databases. A background with in the customer service industry would be advantageous as well as experience of working with volunteers.
This is a fantastic role that will be rewarding and interesting for the right person, there will be some weekend work but you will be in a highly supportive environment and work as part of a close knit team.
