What will I be doing in the role? -Focus on providing a consultative sales approach with customers of all levels -Leading, motivating the showroom team to deliver results -You will be designing kitchens from detailed plans -Ensure all customer quotes, sales and orders are processed efficiently -Ensuring product knowledge is up to date and cascaded to showroom team -Coordinate promotional activity and qualify leads right through the design and delivery process. -You will work to achieve required targets of key measurables including; sales, gross margin, profit

For the Showroom Manager specifically it is important that you have: -Relevant product knowledge, preferably a Kitchens and Bathrooms business and have previous experience within a showroom or sales type role. -It would be an advantage if you have used software CAD software -Manage and your own workload whilst also have a flexible/adaptable approach to working -Can build customers confidence by advising them and guiding their decisions whilst providing the best possible solution to fit their needs. -That you enjoy working towards targets and working with customers from conception to completion. -Are well presented, articulate and confident with an ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders from all levels.
